The Summit Pacific Medical Center project recently won the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Development Award of Excellence! The USDA provided funding for the new facility, which includes a third-floor primary care suite, outpatient therapy services, lab and diagnostic imaging services, pharmacy, several community conference and education rooms, a rock climbing wall, outdoor plaza, community fitness trail with outdoor exercise equipment and playground.

The USDA was impressed by the collaborative approach shown by Themillerconstruction , Summit Pacific (the owner) and Blue Room Architecture & Design (the architect). Our communicative approach resulted in the project being delivered on-time and on-schedule.

The Summit Pacific Medical Centre is a multi-story 60,000 sq. ft. medical office building. The facility offers outpatient care services including primary care, specialty care, and behavioral health, as well as general administrative, support, and conference/group care needs. The building was built to be adaptable to the changing needs of rural healthcare within a demographic area that is anticipated to see growth and increased demand for outpatient services in the future. The building design and construction elements replicate the current SPMC facility to allow for consistency in materials, systems, maintenance, and operational efficiencies.
