Successful property development is never just about bricks
Themillerconstruction was recently awarded the $13.7 million Natural Resources Engineering Facility renovation project by key client and partner, the University of Alberta. The scope of work on this project includes two stories of renovations and new construction including infill of laboratories, boardrooms and graduate student areas with a large mechanical and electrical upgrade component. These areas require significant laboratory work that includes lab equipment, casework and mechanical scope. Construction of floor infills within an atrium space will be completed in addition to the laboratory work. Throughout construction, the facility is to remain fully occupied. Completion is slated for March 2020.
